  • Why does my new jar of CA have a different level of heat?
    • We use the freshest chillies available so the heat my vary from batch to batch
    • Also the longer CA is stored the taster and more flavoursome it will become
  • What’s the best way to use CA?
    • You can use CA in your cooking or as a condiment
      • My husband has a low tolerance so I only use a little in the cooking and add more as a condiment to my personal dish
    • It can be used on any dish, I even place it on my breakfast eggs, yummy!!!
  • How much CA should I use?
    • As little or as much as you like, some customers only use the oil but I spoon it on all my food chillies and all!!!
  • Can I keep CA out of the fridge?
    • I like to use it on all my dishes so I like easy access to my CA, so I keep a small amount (1-2 weeks usage) on the dining table in a serving bowl with lid and spoon
    • Always insure the chillies are covered with a high quality Australian Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Rice Bran Oil
  • Where do you buy your Chillies?
    • We search for the freshest chillies available and regularly buy direct from the growers at Paddy’s Market Flemington
  • How much is postage?
    • We ship around the world, in Australia we offer 2 x 260 gram jars including Handling and Postage for only $34.95 inclusive (freight surcharge may apply to some areas).

  • How can I pay?
    • We have secure payment system through PayPal (no PayPal account necessary, just enter your Visa or MasterCard details).
  • Is pick up an option?
    • Yes, from our office in Sydney.
  • What’s the best address to send my CA order to, Work or Home?
    • Our preferred method of delivery is via a carrier, so it is always best to use your business address as a signature will be required. Deliveries are during working hours Monday to Friday
  • What happens if my order is lost or broken?
    • Once your order is sent it is out of our control. However at CA we will happily replace any broken jar, simply take a photo and send it to our email address and we will send you a replacement
    • All orders to a street address (preferred) have a tracking number, if your order is lost we will follow up with our carrier for Proof of Delivery (POD) and if not available we will re send your order at no extra charge to you
